Palette

Drop it where it belongs.

Drag a window, drop it on a layout.

A window dragged by its title bar onto the palette and dropped on a layout.

Gestures

Swipe, don’t drag.

On a title bar, a Dock icon, or anywhere with the gesture key.

Four gestures in a row move one window: two-finger swipes on its title bar to the left half and to full size, then, with the gesture key held, mouse moves to the top right quarter and the centre.
  • Swipe any way
  • Pinch open / closed
  • Two-step pinch
  • Rotate
  • Force Click
  • Mousemove · scroll · middle-click

Shortcuts

One key per layout.

Any action, cycle or workspace gets its own shortcut.

A keyboard shortcut places a window, and pressing it again cycles through sizes.

Actions

100+ actions. Every size, every display.

Pick from the palette, or bind a shortcut or gesture.

Custom layouts: draw your own on a grid.

A set of windows is saved as a workspace from the menu bar and restored later.

Dock gestures and previews

Preview and place from the Dock.

Hover a Dock icon to see its windows and click one to the front, or swipe on the icon to place the window, even when the app isn't open yet.

  • Dock gestures

Trackpad, or mouse with the gesture key.

  • Window previews

    Adjustable delay, with window contents.

  • Dock pinning

Keep the Dock on one display.

  • Placement preview

See the outline before it moves.

Resting the pointer on a Dock icon shows previews of the app's windows, and clicking one brings it to the front; a swipe on the icon places the app's window, opening the app first when it isn't running.
