Refund Policy
How refunds work for 1Layout purchases and renewals.

1. Refund period
You can get a refund within 14 days of payment, for a purchase or an update renewal, with no reason required.
2. Processing
The merchant of record refunds the original payment method. How long the refund takes to arrive depends on the payment provider and your bank.
3. After a refund
After a full refund the license stops working.
Refunding a renewal removes only the 12 months of updates it added; the license and the versions it already covered remain available.
4. Cancellation and consumer rights
1Layout is a one-time purchase with 12 months of updates. Renewals are separate optional payments and nothing is charged automatically, so there is no subscription to cancel. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
