Terms of Service

1. License scope

A one-time purchase of $19.99 (US dollars) licenses 1Layout for up to 2 Macs.

2. Updates and renewal

The purchase includes 12 months of updates. Versions released during that period may be used after it ends without further payment.

Renewing for $9.99 adds another 12 months of updates. Renewal is an optional, separate one-time payment and is never charged automatically; without it, later versions are not included.

3. Licensing

A license is issued to the email address entered at checkout and is for that person's use. It cannot be transferred or moved to another email address. To give 1Layout as a gift, enter the recipient's email address at checkout.

Activation requires that email address and the license key. A license covers up to 2 Macs. Devices can be removed in the customer portal or in the app, with at most 3 removals per 30 days. Support can help with removals beyond that limit.

4. Payment and delivery

A merchant of record sells 1Layout and handles payment, tax and invoices. Your license key is sent to the email address used at checkout.

5. Refunds

You can request a refund within 14 days of payment, for a purchase or a renewal. See the refund policy.

6. Updates and availability

The app checks for updates every day. A purchase or renewal is not a promise of future features or uninterrupted service.

7. Your rights

These terms do not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
